- Shoot, edit and package video, from explainers and interview cuts to vertical short-form clips and promos for SSC products
- Turn long-form audio and video into platform-ready pieces for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and our website
- Add captions, lower thirds, thumbnails and branded graphics that keep SSC looking like SSC
- Keep the media library and production calendar organized alongside the editorial team
- Track how our media performs and pitch what we should make more of

- Responsiveness during agreed working hours, with timely replies to messages and requests
- Comfort working in Slack, Basecamp and Airtable, which run our day-to-day communication, projects and production pipeline

- Reliability: you show up when scheduled, follow through on commitments and flag problems early
Bonus Points
- Experience with Canva, After Effects or motion graphics
- Familiarity with podcast hosting and distribution to Spotify and Apple Podcasts

What’s in It for You
